Because charitable contributions are immediately earmarked and allocated toward active social welfare and relief initiatives, donations once successfully completed are generally non-refundable once an official 80G tax receipt has been generated.

In the event of an accidental technical double deduction, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized account debit caused by a payment gateway glitch, donors may submit a written refund request within 7 business days from the transaction date.

Upon successful verification of duplicate deductions, refunds are processed back to the original source bank account or card within 7 to 10 working days.

Donors who have set up recurring monthly contributions or auto-debit pledges may pause or cancel their recurring schedule at any time by contacting our support team at aysuhtiwari668@gmail.com or calling 9335937461 at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
